I have only been performing for a couple of years now. From performances in clubs, at school theaters, on television to performing with the legendary Michael Jackson. I always get a rush when it’s time to show my skills. Get a taste of my life on the road, backstage, on-stage and partying with all of you.
Some pictures from me @ the Premiere from the This Is It movie in LA. No comment needed. See for yourself.
During the VMA's 2009. I was part of the Janet Jackson's tribute to MJ. It was fantastic to dance with her. She's so sweet and still such an outstanding performer. Check out some pictures from me during the VMA's 2009 @ New York
The This Is It Tour changed my life dramatically. The loss of Michael still moves me. I'm so gratefull that he picked me. Here some pictures taken during the tour (me in my spare time), during the MJ memorial @ the staple center and during Michael's funeral.
My second trip to LA was a pure business trip with my manager Karim and our business partner Michael Lints. Took lessons again, met a lot of new people. I also went to the ASCAP award celebration party for Andre Merrit. He's a great songwriter (Rihanna, Chris Brown and more). Hahaha... I don't know how, but somehow I ended up at the center of attention in the middle of the dance floor! But most important thing is that I signed the contract with BLOC Agency. This was the tipping point for me. Only 4 days after this visit I had to fly back to LA for the Michael Jackson This Is It tour audition.
My first trip to LA was a combination of a video shoot and a businesstrip with my manager Karim. The video shoot was for dutch artist EliZe (Can You Feel It). Choreography was done by Dan Karaty. The business trip really lifted things off. I met a lot of mover and shakers in the business and took some classes at the Millennium and at The Edge. Of course I took the liberty to explore the city of LA. Really got hooked on the Asian food from P.F. Chang's and went hiking at Runyon Canyon. Just check it out....
This is where it really started out for me. Television show; So You Think You Can Dance. It was the first season of the Dutch version. Check out the footage.
